REALWAY CO., LTD. is a Taiwanese company founded in September 2020. Beginning as a medical mask manufacturer, we have grown into a business spanning product sourcing, e-commerce, graphic design, and specialty goods for professional drivers.
In March 2026, we began selecting, sourcing, and selling overseas products. Today, we draw on our sales experience in the Taiwan market and our in-house promotional and design capabilities to create new sales opportunities through collaboration with international brands.

My approach to international business was shaped early on at the nonwoven fabric manufacturing company founded by my father. Managing its overseas business, I worked directly with Japanese companies on consumer products such as kitchen sink strainer bags and fitting-room face covers.
That experience taught me that lasting success rests on three pillars: uncompromising quality, integrity when problems arise, and trust built over time. These values continue to guide REALWAY today.
Today, REALWAY operates multiple sales channels in Taiwan, with a strong focus on e-commerce. We manage the full brand localization and sales cycle in-house — from product selection and sourcing through to sales, and the design of promotional materials, packaging, and product graphics.
Repeated visits to Japan have sharpened our eye for what sets products apart: originality in design, meticulous attention to detail, and refined packaging and presentation.
Our mission is to bring distinctive international brands to consumers in Taiwan, along with the thinking, design, and values behind each product.
In our partnerships with Japanese companies, we value mutual learning, building trust step by step, and growing together in the Taiwan market.

Our founding business. Within three months of founding we obtained manufacturing and distribution licences for medical devices, and in 2021 our own mask received its Taiwan Class I medical device permit. Packaging and pattern design are handled in-house. Manufacturing is now entrusted to a partner factory, while responsibility for quality remains with us.
